    Never stop moving. What you do for work or school all day doesn’t count. You want a boost? Get up before dawn and walk for a solid hour. (I get in about 2.5 miles three times a week) This and the South Beach diet have helped me lose 80 lbs and keep it off :) I feel fantastic!     One of the best and easiest way to boost your metabolism is:
    1) Eat several small healthy meals a day.
    2) get plenty of exercise.

    Believe it or not that in itself will help!

    Create a video blog…instantly.

    Building muscles. So to do that, you’d have to eat right…& well…ya know…like lift weights. Cuz once you have muscles…they become caloried burning machines on their own…for food. But you also have to keep them in shape.

    Eat a lot one day and then very little the next. It tricks your metabolism and makes it burn really fast on the low cal days!
